Our specialists work diligently to ensure that all federal, and state taxes are calculated using the latest tax rates. In the unlikely event our calculations are incorrect; we will pay any resulting penalties incurred.  Specialists work diligently to ensure that all federal and state taxes are calculated using the latest tax rates. In the unlikely event our calculations are incorrect; Intuit will pay any resulting penalties incurred. Customer must provide MN ProAdvisors with a tax statement from the IRS, state or local agency showing a tax penalty incurred as a result of a calculation error during the time that you were an active 24/7 Online Payroll subscriber.  Client must present a copy of this letter to MN ProAdvisors within 3 months of receiving the letter from the IRS.  You are responsible for paying any additional tax liability you may owe and providing any other information Intuit reasonably requests.

Safe and secure

We take great care to design and maintain procedures to protect your information. The first time you use the service, you create your own unique password to access your account. In addition, we encrypt all transmissions and protect them with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We use firewalls and intrusion-detection devices to prevent unauthorized electronic access to the servers where your information is stored, and we isolate all servers in guarded, high-security areas to prevent unauthorized access.

Time Tracking - $2.50/employee/month
Save time and reduce costly errors by allowing your employees to track their own hours online and eliminate double data entry.  Automatic email reminders go out to your employees when timesheets are due.  This system automatically applies state and federal overtime and double time rules and fully integrates with our 24/7 Online Payroll so that you’ll never have to calculate or re-enter hours again.

Annual Compliance – $79.00/year
MN ProAdvisors requires annual compliance with State and Federal Employment Law.  Our annual compliance program includes state & federal forms and laminated posters as updated and required by law.  Administration of EEO surveys and Worker’s Compensation Audits are also included with this annual fee.

No Cost Benefits Program
Aflac policies are 100% employee-paid and are available on a voluntary basis.  Many companies choose to make Aflac policies available as a cost-effective solution to help employees with the rising cost of out-of-pocket health care expenses.  Policies include some/all of the following: Accident, Cancer/Specified Disease, Dental, Hospital Confinement Indemnity, Hospital Confinement Sickness Indemnity, Hospital Intensive Care, Juvenile Life, Life, Lump Sum Cancer, Lump Sum Critical Illness, Specified Health Event, Short Term Disability, and Vision.

Low Cost Insurance and Investments Products Provider
We have also partnered with a State Farm Insurance Agency in an effort to provide low cost business insurance to employers as well as Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Group Medical, Group Life, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Savings Account (MSAs), Simplified Employer Pension (SEP) IRA plans, Simple IRA plans, 401K plans, Defined Benefit plans, and Pension plans.

Low Cost Worker’s Compensation Insurance Provider
Stop overpaying!  MN ProAdvisors performs quarterly internal audits to ensure that your rates and insurance payments match your actual payroll figures so that you can avoid writing a check or receiving a refund at the end of the year.  We work with State Farm Insurance among others so that you get the best possible rates.

1099 E-File Stand-Alone Service

The 1099-MISC E-File stand-alone service is the easiest, lowest cost and fastest way for small business owners to create, print and electronically file 1099-MISC forms.  Small business owners who pay independent contractors may need to file 1099-MISC forms.  1099-MISC E-File Service supports federal filing in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Intuit Online Payroll also supports combined federal and state filing programs in the thirty two states that participate.

No Contract Price Lock
MN ProAdvisors does not require a contract or minimum term for 24/7 Online Payroll Services.  MN ProAdvisors guarantees the fees documented in initial client paperwork for a period of 12 months.  If MN ProAdvisors fees increase or decrease after 12 months of service, clients are notified in writing at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of the change.

Cancellation Policy
MN ProAdvisors offers 24/7 Online Payroll Services on a monthly basis.  If a client wishes to cancel this service at any time, they must notify MN ProAdvisors in writing at least 30 days in advance of the effective cancellation date.  Payroll and payroll tax filing services – such as W2 and 1099 filing – will be canceled as of the effective date as well.  There are no fees for canceling 24/7 Online Payroll Service with MN ProAdvisors.
